if a credit card company has chaged off on your credit, and you own a home should you take it out of your name so they can not put a lean on it?

be sure u have filed a homestead notice with your County Clerk..but the only liens which can be put on your home are for property taxes/ original loan to buy or loan for home improvements..no other liens or claims against your homestead can be enforced...call if u need help
