Can a credit card company you owe garnish your wages or put a lien on a vehicle you own? Is there a statue of limitation on how long a collection agency can try to collect for past due credit cards?

No, they can't garnish wages or put a lien against your vehicle.

The statute of limitations is four years. It is a time limit for filing suit for the debt.
