Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

can a credit card company put a lien and take away my house if I don't pay the full amount imediately? I am paying what I can to pay it off every month. They told me to get a loan on my house or get another credit card or borrow from a friend. I owe 3600.00 and made an agreement to pay 300.00 per month. The lady said it was ok and took the 300.00 from my account. Then she transfered me to a supervisor for approval. He is the one who said he'd take my house if I didn't pay NOW. If they took the 300.00 already does that mean they agreed? I did go almost a year without paying anything because of medical reasons. Thank You

Number one, STOP TALKING TO THESE PEOPLE. NOW!

Take care of your family first, and ignore these vultures. Hang up on them if they call again.

Number two, they can't "take your house." Homestead is exempt from levy in Texas.

Do I understand you to say that they're taking money out of another credit card account to pay a credit card debt? Are you serious????? STOP DOING THIS IMMEDIATELY.
