Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

old credit card debt

This bill is from 2000, per your lawyers the SOL in Texas is 4 years, however they continue to call & harass me, per your instructions I sent a certified letter explaining SOL has well passed and all future communicatin be in writing, I have return receipt where they signed for letter. I then got a letter from them asking why I am disputing bill & send info regarding such, I did nothing. Today I get another letter from them stating since I didn't answer them regarding dispute, they are returning this old account back to collection to pursue the outstanding balance.

Can you please tell me now what do I have to do, I am tired of there phone calls and don't want to them to restart up again, I was very ill, lost my job, no income and could not pay the bill. They ruined my credit report for many years.

Please advise me now what to say to them.
