A. What is the statute of limitation on credit card dept.

B if you get a judgement can people be made to pay

The statute of limitations to file a lawsuit on a debt is 4 years from the last payment. "Be made to pay"? We do not have thumbscrews, but property that is not exempt from execution can be seized. Not homestead property.
