Credit Card debt turned to collection
What can a collection agency do to collect my credit card debt? Can they turn over to a lawyer if I do not pay or can not pay the whole debt? What are my rights.

yes..the lawyer may sue and you would be served the lawsuit and you could answer.. we succeed in many cases defending such lawsuits..so feel free to call
