my husband has an old credit card that has been outstanding since 2005, they are calling about this acct, what will happen if he doesnt pay on this acct.

they may sue and get a judgment, then try to collect...and you may need to discuss it with a lawyer if they sue..call us at that time and we will give you some ideas...
