iam being suied by Arrow for a credit card i paid on for three years but got in financial problems and couldnt pay any more. it started out at 700.00 now they want 1,800. it was a one time charge for a pet.the SOL is up next month. what is likelyto happen

It is impossible to know what will happen, however if you are not sued before the Statute runs out, you have a good defense. Just make sure that you plead it properly, and that you have not affirmed the debt in the meantime.
