Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

Credit Card interest

I have a balance on my AT&T Credit Card at a fixed interest of 6.9% for the life of the balance. Few months ago, they changed the interest rate to 19%. When I called, they admitted the change and agreed to bring it back to 6.9%, however they refused to remove the interests accumulated on my account for that period of time. What can I do?

Re: Credit Card interest

You can engage in a letter-writing campaign urging them to reverse the charges and hope they don't get things screwed up worse, or you can pay the charges and move on.
