Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

a credit card issuer obtained a judgement against me. In an attempt to collect, can they put a lien on my properties or force a sale of my properties in order to collect the debt?

They will record an abstract of judgment. Their lien attaches to all of your non-exempt property; however (a) you probably don't have any non-exempt property, if you're like most Texans, and (b) even if you did, they probably don't know about it - don't know where it is.
