Credit card judgement

I recieved a letter from the tarrant county constable writ of execution to sieze and sell my asset to satisfy the judgement. Can they do that. Can they take my car and my house? None belongs to me but to the bank

they can't sell house and car..but don't offer anything..you may have some nonexempt assets so be careful
