Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas
Credit Card Judgment
If a company in Colorado got a judgment by an internet arbitration from a judge in Deleware, can they garnish my wages here where I live and work in Texas even though wage garnishment is against the Texas constitution?

I don't think so, but before they can even try, they must register the judgment in Texas; you will get notice of it. I would seriously consider hiring an attorney at that point and challenge the arbitration. Internet arbitration sounds suspect to me.

No. Current wages can only be garnisheed for child support, federal taxes owed, or student loans backed by the U.S. government.
