credit card lawsuit

I got served for not paying on an unsecured credit card. What happens next? Can they attach my bank account? I cannot pay this debt. I do not have enough money after paying child support payments.

You might have defenses. Sometimes asserting those defenses is enough to stop them. You could take bankruptcy. Otherwise you will have judgment on your credit record. But there is nothing they can do to make you pay the debt. Good luck.
