Credit Card

Son has been charging and making payments on my card. He's having prob making payments. Can we change to his name? Going on since 2004. Statement going to his address's since then also. Excellent rating until now.

That is entirely up to the credit card company. My suggestion is that you stop his charges on the card, start making the payments directly yourself, and have him make payments to you. It is not likely that the credit card company will release you from responsibility. What would be their incentive? You need to take control of this situation before it gets out of hand. Good luck.
