Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

Credit card

I had a Credit Card in the state of WA but now reside in another state. The last payment was in 99' approx. , I know SOL has run out in WA and in the state I reside now, But what actions can they take now? Or can they? How do I prevent the phone calls/letters etc.?

They can nag the stew out of you, until you write to them, certified mail, stating that they are not to call, and all subsequent communications are to be in writing.
