do a credit collector have the right to remove money from your personnal account or freeze your account if you are no more than a month behind on your payment. the person that's doing it works for a credit union

In most cases this can be done only after the creditor takes a judgment against you. If you borrowed the money from the same credit union, however in your loan contract, you may have authorized this withdrawal. Read your contract.
