Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

Divorced from ex and he was awarded house and had to get it refinanced without my name. He never did and house went into foreclosure. How do I get this off my credit report and have creditors to stop calling me.

Too late now. You should have enforced the decree before the foreclosure. The only alternative is to sue him for enforcement and contempt in your divorce. Good luck.
