Credit write offs
If a motorcycle is bought and financed by a bank, and you don't make payments and they never repo it 4 years later is there a way to get a clean title.

Not unless they voluntarily release their lien. Just because they have not pursued enforcement of their rights does not mean they do not have an enforceable lien. It is not abandoned.
