credit,debt,collections
my husband wased served for slow payment.owner did not file if paid in full.made payments and now have reciept,paid.now owner wants court cost or she will go ahead with judgement.can she make us pay her curt cost if we did not go to court?

Court costs are usually limited to the filing fee and costs of service. Since she filed the lawsuit, if you don't pay it she can get a judgment against you for her court costs.
That judgment will stick to you like white on rice.
She's entitled. Pay her and save yourself some grief.
