Creditor Charge Off - Lawyer Law Suit

I had a loan which is now stated as ''collection/charge off'' on credit bureau reports. I now have been served with a citation through the court using NexisLexus. Sent cashiers check for settlement (contract on back of each for settlement). But I am told that I still need to file a general denial and a verfied denial through the system. I do not know how to do this and what format and wording to use.

These forms are available over the internet or at your local law library. If you don't know how to do these things, I suggest you contact a lawyer who has these forms in his/her office and does these things every day.
