Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

creditor judgment

i have a judgment against me from a creditor and have been sent paperwork to fill out, that it says is an obligation on my part. being in texas, i had a constable come to my home and serve me a judgment. can they take my wages, home, accounts from me? i simply cannot pay them back....

Yes you have to answer interrogatories, produce any nonexempt property..but your home, clotes, furniture, car (one), is exempt..bank accounts are not..and if you give your bank acoount...do not if it is in the name of you and your wife..and you would be wise not to put much into any account you tell them about...but change accounts/banks after you answer..
