Creditors and Owing Apts
Last yr i was ''evicted'' from my apt, however when i went and talked to the apt this yr, they told me i was never evicted only ''asked to leave''...i owe them $2000 for total fees which are damages and a broken lease so they charged me the rest of it. I made arrangments with the collections agency to settle to pay automatic pay however im consitering doind a stop payment with my bank and just takin care of this at a later time...Im curious as to what the reprecautions could be or what could they do about this?

you may have agreed to pay a debt you did not owe..but what was written?is written?and to stop "automatic" pay you will probably have to change banks..good luck..Perhpas it could be avoided but it is late to ask for help
