Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

My daughter signed a contract with her boyfriend to purchase a motorcycle, and they have since broke up. He is not making the payments and they are trying to collect from her. He has the bike and will not make payments. What can we do to get the Harley finance department to pick up the bike and sell and then we will deal with the balance.

If the finance company knows where the bike is, they'll go pick it up. Tell them where it's located. And don't take any more phone calls from them; they've been told what the situation is, and the only reason they'd keep calling is to harrass you and try to scare money out of you.
