If you deafult on a payday loan in texas is it a criminal matter or treated as a regular debt? Can you be charged with a felony?

No, you can't be charged with a felony. It's an ordinary debt. Don't let these buzzards scare you, and don't talk to them when they call. Really. JUST HANG UP.
