Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

I had abandoned a piece of property in Bentwater Montgomery Texas, 6 years later the home owners association and the country club jointly filed suit to collect annual dues/fees. I responded with a statute of limitations defense and was granted a non-pursue by plaintiff dismissal, but the suit was later reinstated by the court at the request of the plaintiff.

My question is what motion should I make to the court to get this dismissed with predjudice?

you need to spend a dollar for a lawyer..if the sol defense was correct..the case should have been dismissed with prejudice..but without seeing the file who can say??call a lawyer in the area..
