That's a pretty broad inquiry and I wouldn't even try to answer it, but I bet your being scr**ed, and I don't like it. Your probably being notified that if you want to contest the arbitration sought by the creditor you can pay a hefty fee and go halfway around the world at your expense for a forum at the creditor's advantage. All of these facts can be used if the creditor should try to use this arbitration against you in a TX court, but it's still not easy and you would still have to hire an attorney. Sorry!

Agreed. The fees are atrocious, as are their usurious interest rates. Blame those SOBs in Congress who took the controls off the banks.
