Debt Collection Harassment

I have a credit card debt that I have tried to resolve by talking with the collection agency. However, they would not listen to my situation and the problem remains unresolved. Now, they are contacting my place of employment!!! I believe this is harassment, am I right? And, if this is harassment, what can I do about it. Thanks.

You need to write to them, certified mail. Tell them that you dispute the debt and that all further communications must be in writing. That should stop any further phone contact.
