Not my debt
I receive numerous, repeated calls and letters from debt collectors trying to collect debts from other persons who share my name, or sometimes only my last name. Can I force an end to this harrassment?

Send a cease and desist letter to each entity. If they continue to call or write after receiving the letter, you have a case against them for violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act
