I am being served for cc bills, roughly $30 thousand that were unpaid...i currently don't have a job...have a house and a car under my name...I have a family with 5 kids...what options do I have??

Not much...but file a written answer denying the claim because you don't know what interest/penalties may be due....and what credit they have given for payments you made...and swear to truth of answer before a notary.
