Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas
For a debt settlement case, I need the language / text used in the Verification for an Answer (not discovery, don't need that) to a complaint in the state of Texas. I need the language for when it is NOT Verified and the language when IT IS Verified. Any help would be much appreciated.

Were you sued for a debt?
If it's a suit on a sworn account, then your answer should be verified (swron to). The affidavit can simply say, "I hereby state that all statements in this answer are true."
If it is NOT a suit on a sworn account, then the answer doesn't need to be verified, except in the cases set out in Rule 93 (TRCP).
