Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas
A debt was sold or given to a collection agency by company "A" . Company "A" then received a judgment from a court on the same debt. Can the collection agency still pursue this debt?

It will depend on who actually owns the debt. Before you attempt to send money get proof of debt ownership.
