Debt

I am being sued for a gredit card debt. Our house burned 12/04/2006 (days after I received the paper work). My husband said to forget it, but now the company has filed other motions. I have no idea when any trial dates were set because the papers burned in our house. We have no money other than what we have to rebuild our house. I don't know what I should do. I have included the information from the county website, so you know what motions have been filed.

Call the creditor's counsel and explain what happened, and why you failed to file an answer. Then see if you can negotiate a payout on the debt.
