I didn't find out for 2 weeks they lied. after 3 weeks I took car back haveing not signed any new papers and they could not find anyone to carry loan on previously agreed terms. Dealership lied continuosly to us. I took car back. They say they will sue me. Can they and win. Thank you! You'er a God send! By the way I was told repeatedly the car was mine.

There's no way for me to determine who will win in such a lawsuit. I suggest you contact the Consumer Protection Div. of the State's Attorney General's office immediately and file a complaint with them. It sounds very much as if the dealership is trying to run a 'bait & switch' scam.
