Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

Default Judgment in Paternity Suit

I received a default judgment in 1994 against my ex for medical bills, etc. stemming from a paternity suit. The judgment accrues 10% interest annually and is now in excess of $15,000. How do I enforce this default judgment? What forms do I need to file? He lives in a different county than the one where the case took place. Can you please provide me with the steps I need to take to enforce this judgment?

Texas is a debtor's haven. You will need the services of an attorney who handles collections against individuals to assist you.
