Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

I have a default jug\dgrment on me now for 13000 fom a lawyer who dropped out of my case after I pd him 50000 and couldnt continue for the paper shuffle.. HE withdrew then charged me 8000 kor more work done. He got a default judgement, filed a lien on me, then sent the constableto sieze assets, now he got an order for adepostion, he included 20 pages of questions and requests for a zillion documents> seems very onerus and smacks of harrassment. what can I do? Itruly have no liquid assets or cash to pay.the supena says I have to be at his office from day to day until he or the court releases me!! Sounds like t wtll be a hostage! He knows I cant afford a lawyer and is relly making this a a kind of debtors prison, or legalized extortion.
