Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

defult on home owner financed

as of today i am 90 days past on 2 notes. i have tried to pay on notes but he says he will not except the payment if i mail it to him. he says he is going to forclose after the first of the year. i have wrote a letter and have 2 notes in cashiers check to mail to him . i have ask him for some time to find someone to finance me. please advise so i do not lose my home
