Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

Delinquent Personal loan

Over the past 5 yrs I have lent money to a friend of which there is

a signed ageement for $2100.00 that has not been repaid. Since 2003 there were additional Loans for $3000.00. Could you advise me how to go about recovering this money?

You will have to sue your friend. You can cut the debt back to $5,000 and sue in Small Claims, or hire a lawyer for the $5,100. There really are no other legal options.
