Direct Tv is charging me a disconnect fee when I did not extend my contract-, they say they infomed me of an extension but they did not- so I asked for proof and they cannot produce proof- how do I proceed?

The disconnect fee is usually part of your contract when you first signed up. You could wrangle with them, but ultimately it will show up on your credit report and hurt your credit.
Be smart, pay the fee, and go on.
