What happens if you have a dismissal hearing in which failure to apear results in an automatic dsmissal hearing of the case? What happens after the case is dismissed?

good reasons for failure to appear could require the Court to reinstate...and you should hire a lawyer NOW...as you only have 30 days to file...then costs multiply
