Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

my husband and i split up dec. 06 divorce final may 07 during the month of march & april he applied and recieved credit in my name spending about $8000 am i responsible for that, how much trouble will he get into, will he go to jail, or have to pay for it?

That's felony identity theft. Turn him in to the DA now or your credit will be ruined for the next five years at least.
