how to enforce a judgement

I won a judgement, I know SS#, DOB, he is hiding everything. Don't know employer. We think he is in Florida. His lawyer just made a very low offer to drop judgement. I know of a PU, and lien holder, and his bank.Please any advice.

Based on the information you have provided, if the judgment debtor is in another state, you may need to domesticate the judgment in Florida or whatever state he is in and attempt to collect the judgment through available recovery methods in that state. Does the debtor have any non-exempt assets in Texas you would be able to go after? If so, it is probably easier to start there. Let us know if you need assistance with this matter.

If you don't know how to do these things, it's best to hire an attorney. Sometimes you can recover your attorneys fees. Or at least you can recover some %age of your judgment, rather than 100% of your judgment now. (=0).
