Eviction lawsuit

I received an civil citation from our mortgage company on our manufactured home. What are my rights, and how can I prolong the eviction and court process. We received a letter on Dec.7th giving us a chance to respond by Dec16. We did, and even made payment on Dec 6. They filed the courts on the 6th. This was even before the 16th that they gave us to respond to. I have the letter. What do I need to do?

When something as serious as a foreclosure is threatened, I highly advise that you hire an attorney to represent you. This is, most likely, the single biggest purchase you have ever made so you should take the threat of losing it seriously. Get the help of a lawyer.
