Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

I have a family member who was arrested from school for an incident he was involved in. He broke into one of the local high schools with some of his friends. What can he be charged with and what are range of penalties? He is 17 years old and straight A student this is his final year and getting ready to graduate but is his second incident and getting arrested.

Could be treated as adult and sent to prison for breaking and entering..the family beffer get a good criminal lawyer..
