Help with filing a Motion of Summary Judgment

I am being sued by 3rd party collection. I filed a motion to dismiss and have been granted this request to go in front of Judge. Because statue of limitations has expired. I would like to file a motion summary judgement. What do I do and do I need to attachment supporting documents. Please help single mother not alot of money.

This is outside the realm of this website. It would be teaching you how to practice law.

Go to your local law library, and ask for the form books. The librarian will not do it for you, but should guide you to the right set of books.

You can also research other similar cases and learn from other motions that have been filed in those similar cases.
