Final judgment in law suit
In a final judgment against you that has be won and a private firm is seeking money and you do not have it what means of collection's are they able to take.
Can they garnish youre wages from youre employer.
Can they take youre income tax.
Again this a private company

They can't garnishee your wages, and they can't take your homestead, or motor vehicles (1 per person in your family), or kitchen equipment and utensils, or certain household furnishings. After that, almost anything is fair game.
