WHAT DO I NEED TO SAY TO THE FINANCE COMPANY WHEN I TELL THEM TO COME PICK UP THE TRUCK THAT I CANT PAY FOR.

Nothing...BUT if you think turning the vehicle in helps your credit, it does not..it will remain as a repossession for your life...and on credit for 10 years...so try to reduce payments and keep it..but do not turn over voluntarily..
