Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

financial liability

I got remarried three months ago. I kept all my assests in my name. We don't even share a checking account and we have made no purchases together. My husband was involved in a lawsuit which he recently lost. Am I liable for his debt? If he has to file for bankruptcy, can they come after my assets, also?
