Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

Foreclosure

Scenario: A couple buys a mobile home while they are married; then they divorce. A couple of years later one of the parties to the transaction remarries. The mobile home then gets foreclosed on. Will this affect the new spouse (i.e. if the mobile goes back to the mortgage company, will a new spouse that wasn't involved in the transaction and not on the lien have ruined credit? Or will it just affect the persons that were listed on the mortgage?
