What form do I need to file before a foreclosure?
On November 27,2006 at 10:00 a.m. I am suppose to have filed with the County Clerk ''something'' before this forclosure. I don't know what to file. Would you please help me. I don't want to lose my home. Thank you.

If you're really serious about not wanting to lose your home, you better try to see a lawyer today - and not many are available. You've waited until almost the last minute and a lawyer can't send you forms to save your house.
