Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

I just found out there is a civil judgment against me for an unpaid credit card. My husband and I bought our house in 2008, but the title company listed the incorrect lot or block number, so on the appraisal district website, it shows in the previous owner's name. We tried correcting it, but gave up when the title company and their attorney never resolved the issue. Can a lien be placed on our home if the lot and block number are incorrect? We live in Texas, and we do have a mortgage on the property. Also, does it matter that my maiden name is on the unpaid credit card?
